As a founder of a startup, how do I accelerate my learning?

Probably the best way to learn is by running a startup! However, not everybody has the chance to do that. Or maybe it’s not the right time to do it considering experience, commitments, risk tolerance, savings, etc.. So probably the next best thing is to surround yourself with people that are veterans of startup life and absorb information from them. You really should strive to find people that have complementary skills as you so you can learn from them. So for example if you’re a technical person, but you’ve never done marketing before, start to hang out at marketing events or meetups, grab coffee with your marketing friends, or have lunch with your co-workers who run marketing at your current company.
