I don’t think all entrepreneurs are great public speakers. In fact, most probably aren’t, but the ones you see at conferences, on the news, or all over LinkedIn are probably the the folks that enjoy the public speaking aspect of the job. I do think that part of being a good leader and being a successful entrepreneur has a strong element of storytelling baked in. You’ll need to tell a really good story about your company to find employees and co-founders, partners and even customers that take a leap of faith with you. You do have to clearly articulate your vision.
